Accessibility
The Grange Theatre is committed to improving access for all theatre-goers and aims to ensure that disabled visitors have an enjoyable experience. We have wheelchair spaces with ground level access to all facilities.
Hearing facilities
We have infra-red assisted hearing facilities for the hearing impaired. Please ask the Front of House Staff for a headset.
Getting to the theatre
Patrons can be dropped off outside the Theatre's main entrance. However, please note that this is a drop-off point only and cannot be used for parking.
Disabled parking is available in the car parks at the Grange Theatre, please ask a Car Parking attendant to direct you to one upon your arrival.
Entering the building
The Theatre entrance is on ground level, including the Front of House Areas, Refreshments Area and toilets.
There are steps into the Grange Theatre Auditoria from the Foyer areas; these steps have railings down the middle of the staircase. There are a number of seats accessible to those without having to use any stairs. Please request these when booking your seats.
Accessible toilets
The theatre has accessible toilets. These are located in the Drama Block adjacent to the Grange Theatre - Front of House Staff will guide wheelchair users as needed.
Access to our auditorium
The Grange Theatre is accessible to wheelchair users. The Theatre has up to four wheelchair spaces at present. It is possible for companions to sit alongside wheelchair users upon request when booking.
Please book any wheelchair spaces in advance when you book your tickets so that we can reserve them and the adjoining seats for anyone else in your party.
